14th February 2011 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 15-18 knots Surf / Sea State: 2 foot messy surf Air Temperature: 7ºC Sea Temperature: 7ºC Weather: Sunny Max Speed: 22.4 mph (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 4.4 miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) A nice spring day with the sun shining and the promise of some wind. Tom and I went out with big boards and 5.5m sails. I managed to get going a few times and properly on the plane but there was never really quite enough wind. Still, it was nice to be out in the sunshine for a while |
